Avon, MN – The new B2 Skiff from Fisher Beavertail is impossible to ignore, to resist or for the foreseeable future, to surpass. In terms of design, skiffs don’t get any better than the B2, which has shallow water performance that simply defies comparison. The new B2 is a technical wonder - beautifully finished, smooth riding in a chop, deadly quiet on the flats, and a pleasure to pole.

“The all-new B2 is truly making the impossible possible in the technical skiff market” said Mark L Fisher, President and CEO, Fisher Beavertail Mfg. “Its combination of dynamic performance, versatility, innovative infusion technology and quality appointments is unparalleled.”

The 2006 B2 Skiff is equipped with a re-mastered hull design that will give the boat more stability at rest, a better ride in chop and better tracking when poling, all without giving up the stealth and dry ride we are known for.

The B2 has an extensive list of advanced features that will now come standard.

The completely finished front storage area houses the redesigned 15 gallon built-in composite fuel tank and has molded areas for your trolling motor batteries and charger. Other significant features include four aft dry lockers with fiberglass hatches appointed with stainless hardware, a pop-up stainless cleat on the bow, 8 rod holders, Lenco trim tabs and an ergonomically designed raised side helm for standing or seated operation. The helm comes standard with a tachometer, fuel gauge, water pressure gauge, 12 volt stainless plug-in, and a Ritchie lighted compass. The poling platform has also been re-engineered to be narrower at the base, giving the angler access to the entire deck.

The Beavertail B2 is nothing short of extraordinary. See it and it will capture your imagination. It will lure you to a place you’ve only dreamed about. This is the technical skiff you’ve waited for - and that you won’t be able to get out of your mind.
