Met a good guide down in Panama City a few weeks ago, at the boat ramp. Like me, he was in a Beavertail. Very nice and knowledgable guide and the proof of his effectiveness was in the cooler and the look on his customers' faces who claimed it was the best trip they had every had.
I feel for these guides affected by the oil spell. Justin told me that he already had contingency plans to help with the cleanup as needed.
