im a little puzzled.how come they can build a platform 10 miles from land,in deep water.they can drill down miles and pump up the oil,but when its just sitting on the top of the sea waiting for them to collect,they dont seem to know how to do it.

Whoa!, Andy. They have that figured out but the pipe method seems to be easier, 'cause first ya got to get the pelicans to dive in it and then hire a bunch of people to squeegy there ass. |
