BBQ SHRIMP

1 large sweet onion, diced
1 large red onion, diced
3 ribs celery, diced
1 green bell pepper, diced
1 red bell pepper, diced
1/2 stick unsalted butter
1/2 cup olive oil
10-12 cloves of garlic minced

Melt butter and add olive oil. Add all vegetables except garlic and sauté until onions are well caramelized. Add garlic after about 15 minutes.

1/4 cup of fresh cracked black pepper(Makes a huge difference)
2 tsp white pepper
2 tsp red or cayenne pepper
Sea Salt to taste
2 tsp dried rosemary
2 tsp dried thyme
2tsp dried basil

Add all seasonings, and cook for about 10 minutes.

2 sticks unsalted butter
1 cup olive oil

Add butter and olive oil and simmer for around 10 minutes.

1/2 bottle BooDreaux’s Cajun Rocket Fuel Hot Sauce
1/2 bottle Spice of Life BBQ Sauce
1/2 cup dry white wine
1/4 cup Worcestershire

Add Hot Sauce, BBQ Sauce and wine, cooking over medium heat for 10 minutes. Adjust seasoning to taste.

4-5 lemons thinly sliced
1 bunch of green onions, chopped
3-4 Lbs of Head-On 31-35 shrimp Do not Peel

Arrange shrimp in large pan, pouring sauce over shrimp. Place lemon slices over shrimp and cook in a pre-heated 350 degree for 10-12 minutes until shrimp are pink. You know they are cooked perfectly if you can(if you choose) eat the shells. Add green onions during last minute of cooking

Serve in bowls with lots of crunchy, crusty French bread.

Flavor so good your tongue will want to Slap your Brain!!! tongue.gif
