may need extra weight up front when your ass gets on platform tho. i try to make my labs get up front when on platform lol. poke em with the pole

Craigslist 200 bucks !! Guy said he had just posted it. Lived right next to my station so we drove over and got it. It's really nice. Going to trim a little off the top and replace the giant ass platform with a hoop and some PVC board. That will lighten it up and I'll be able to move it toward a few inches

with a hull that light, you need to make that platform as weight-forward as you can. You will need to add some weight forward to offset you, motor and platform and anything else aft.

Did a little chopping today. Just need to find a few pieces of 1.25 pipe to bend a hoop for the top and some welding

That's exactly what we are doing. We had to change the angles and shorten it a little. Il post picks as soon as it's done

Trimmed off about a foot from the top and bottom. Welded on new mounts and walla, custom platform. Only 260 in it total

I appreciate the bot of confidence on me not tilting the boat but I've seen leaner days. Pretty sure in going to need to get a 36v trolling motor so I'll have three batteries up front smile.gif
