Went back in Browns bay for some Oysters, to throw on the grill. I saw a few nice sized welk, but never tried them. Steamed them lightly, pulled outta the shell, cut up dipped in butter. man it was good, really mild, and not as tough as it seemed it would be. After I get done plundering gold with the Metal Detector, gonna get a few more and find a Conch chowder recipe, reports later... ohmy.gif
