I was watching Diners Drive ins and Dives and they were in Hawaii where a restaurant did Poke (Poh-Kay)One of the dishes served was Lomi Oio which is Bonefish, I was just wondering has anyone ever eaten one or anyone that has. I have to think with the diet that the fish has its has to have a decent taste.

You can bet Bonefish are eaten in many other countries where the people aren't as choosy as Americans. My wife ate Barracuda in a restaurant in Bonaire. She ate a pigeon in a restaurant in England. She's more adventurous than me.

when I was at Walkers Cay, they told us that they eat it all the time. Craig (mate for Capt Billy Black) told us that he has a way that he slices the fish and rolls the backbone and they will slowly slid out in 1 piece.
Craig also took the monster 'Cuda that we caught too, said thanks for feeding his family.
