It November, the only time of year I try to bake. Last year I almost perfected pumpkin bread, then promptly lost the piece of paper I'd been writing notes on angry.gif

Trying again this year, but this time it will be fully documented on the Internets banger.gif

Attempt #1

1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
2 eggs
1 can o pumpkin
1/2 tsp vanilla
1/4 tsp allspice
2 cups flour
1 tsp baking soda
1/4 cup chopped pecans

I'm thinkin I forgot salt. We'll see how it comes out.
