4 Large ripe avacados
1/2 Medium white onion, diced
1/2 Medium red onion, minced
3 tomatoes, diced
3 Large cloves garlic, minced
1 bunch fresh cilantro
juice of 1 lime
juice of 1 lemon
1 Large jalepeno pepper (remove seeds if desired)
1 Medium habanero pepper (remove seeds if desired)
extra virgin olive oil
salt (to taste)


Pit and scoop out all avocados. Smash 2 well with fork or puree. Dice the remaining two. Combine all other ingredients with the puree mix and fold and mix well. Smooth out with the olive oil and then add the diced avocado. Adjust seasonings to taste.
